UpSwell is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing who will be responsible for leading and scaling the Performance Marketing function within the Digital Marketing department. This role oversees a team of ~ 8 digital coordinators, search and social PPC managers, and Digital Success Managers, ensuring the successful execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of client performance programs. This position serves as the center of excellence for performance marketing strategy, operations, and delivery—driving results through strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.
